1. Go to Assessment Panel.
  2. Click "Add Assessment".
  3. Fill-out the required fields in Create Assessment tab and click "Save Details".
  4. Click "Add Question" and choose what type of assessment would it be.
  5. Once done providing questions, click "Save".
  6. You should see lists of questions and click "Publish" so the assessment will be live.
  7. Click "Back To Assessments" and in Courses column click "Click To Manage".
  8. You should see lists of courses where you will add the assessment. Tick the checkbox to select a course.
  9. Click "Save Changes" to add the assessment on a specific course(s).
